A well-done Feng Shui analysis takes time. You need to allot between 2 to 3 ½ hours, depending on the size of the home. The minimum charge for a visit and my written report is $225. The in-depth written report will help you determine the changes you need to make. An environment’s curb appeal is also given great attention with any consultation, and is part of the written report sent to you.
For every extra square foot over 2000, an extra $.05 is added. This comes out to an extra $25 for every 500 square feet. Therefore if a house has 2500 square feet, the total cost is $225 plus $25 or $250. If the square footage is 3720, the charge is calculated as $225 (1st 2000 sq ft) plus $86 (1720 x .05). Total is $311.
Mileage is also taken into account. If your home is over 40 miles away from downtown Charlotte, NC, add $0.30 for each mile.
Sometimes a re-visit is necessary or requested. The charge for this 2nd visit is $35 with mileage also added for locations more than 40 miles way from downtown Charlotte, NC)
