To mentor or train real estate agents, home staging professionals, and homeowners how to overcome the frustration and stress of selling a home using an INEXPENSIVE system to implement that is easy to explain to clients, and is successful home after home using Feng Shui.
Without guidance, homes can stay on the market longer and longer, and the offers get worse. Feng Shui techniques give a home “web appeal”, magnetic attraction, a feeling of great comfort, a subconscious understanding of feeling secure, and showing perfect balance. When a home is missing these ingredients it will stay on the market frustrating the owner...and the agent.
ABOUT STEVE KODAD CFSP, CFSREP, FSCRE
Like the colorful, meandering pathways that lead up to a beautiful home, Steve Kodad's career path paved the way to his calling as an award-winning Feng Shui consultant and sought after speaker and trainer.
Early on, he taught mathematics in Basking Ridge, NJ where he also coached the basketball team to six straight years as conference champions. Four different schools in 2 states benefited by his championship coaching skills. His last team lost in the South Carolina prep state finals.
Steve's career path changed in North Carolina where he entered the real estate industry. He was a multi-million dollar producer, year after year, eventually becoming co-owner of the agency which grew to 34 agents.
It was in 2003 that Steve "discovered" Feng Shui and used it with great success to sell his listings and help his buyers also. He trained under some of the best-known Feng Shui teachers and earned several certifications, becoming a member of the exclusive International Feng Shui Guild (IFSG) in 2004. Steve has earned the premier membership level of the Guild….Red Ribbon Professional. His school was also awarded as "Gold Standard" by the Guild.
He sold his share of his real estate company to his partner to focus on Feng Shui after seeing success came to everything it was applied to. Steve enjoyed how creative Feng Shui was, but he especially enjoyed the reactions of his clients after a home was transformed!!
Steve has conducted over 353 seminars and presentations since 2004 and has trained over 6100 real estate agents, homeowners and home stagers in 32 states and 4 countries. He was Field Producer and Show Advisor for the program "Home Staging Pros" for 4 years. His third book “The Feng Shui Cure (for Home Sellers)” was published in November 2016.
When they're not traveling the globe, Steve and his wife Gwen call southwest Florida home.
