Training Only (Option 1)
A student receives all of the techniques and tips to insure their success with luxury home sellers and home buyers.

You receive training via online meetings and supplemental recordings. All of the PowerPoint slides and videos are sent to you. After 6 weeks, you'll have received over 12 hours of in-depth training and material.

Training, Certification and Aid (Option 2)
You receive all of the material and training from OPTION 1, but you also receive the certification of Feng Shui Real Estate Professional (signed certificate, logo for marketing), 2 years of unlimited aid with me on marketing and evaluations, and much more. And an added bonus, you receive in-depth training (a 7th day) on how to use LinkedIn to greatly increase traffic and market (I teach this nationally).

During those 2 years of aid, when you get a new listing, you'll take photos. Send the photos plus other information I'll need, and I send back a complete report on the changes I would recommend.

Also, when working with a home buyer or a client wishing to build a new home, I will be with you step-by-step with evaluating homes, floorplans, and the process.
