Real estate is such a great career, but it is not always friendly financially. It can be quite allusive and frustrating!

No matter if you've just started or have been plugging away for over 20 years, the real estate business comes and goes for everyone.  Consistency is hard to find.​​ In my 19 years as a Realtor there were days (and months) I'd rather forget.

What I liked about real estate was the many potential sources of business and the opportunity to be creative.   I firmly believe if I had listened to those agents in my office who had more experience when I started, I would never have had the career I had. You know those agents who always seem to have a negative outlook!

If you've read ABOUT my background, you can see that I've worn many different hats in my life, but I always was able to find a way to succeed.  This BOOTCAMP is about how I was able to stand out and be successful in a very competitive real estate market in the Charlotte Mecklenburg area of North Carolina.

I started "standing out" by becoming a certified home stager, well before it was popular.  But I found many clients considered it too expensive.

Well, staging helped grow my business, but it wasn't till I found an alternative that my business took off.  That alternative was Feng Shui.

This BOOTCAMP is built on a system that I created and improved over the years using practical, common-sense Feng Shui, human psychology, and a unique focus on prospecting.
